Returns
For purchases made at cbscollection.dk, you are, as a consumer, entitled to return your purchase within 14 days. If you wish to exercise your right to return a purchase of a product, you must unambiguously give notice thereof to CBS Collection ApS no later than 14 days after you have received such product. For the purpose of such notification, please use our Return Form.

You must then, together with the return form, return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date when you notified us about the exercise of the right to cancel.

The postage charges relating to the return of such product(s) are to be paid by you.

If you wish to exercise your right to return, please note that: 1) the product should be returned securely packaged; 2) the product returned should be accompanied by an invoice or delivery note in respect of the product; and 3) your bank account details should be specified in order for the amount due to you to be refunded to you.

If you exercise your right to return, see above, we will refund the price paid by you for the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date when we received notification about your decision to cancel the contract of sale. Meanwhile, CBS Collection ApS reserves the right to withhold the return payment until we have received the product(s) or documentation that the product(s) has/have been returned - depending on whether we receive the product(s) or the documentation first.

You will, however, be charged for any decrease in value of the product(s) which is due to other handling than necessary to establish the kind, properties and function of such product(s).

Any repayment will be made by the method of payment that you applied when you purchased the product(s) unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged for any kind of fees due to the repayment.
