Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to any purchase you make at cbscollection.dk. Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully before you make any purchase at cbscollection.dk.
Please note that the product advertised by cbscollection.dk is an invitation to treat. Consequently, no binding contract of sale has been concluded until receipt of the acceptance by cbscollection.dk of the order placed by you. Such acceptance is made when you receive an order completion.
Once you have ordered a product, you will receive an order-confirmation email detailing the product(s) ordered by you as well as the price(s).
If cbscollection.dk then accepts your order, you will receive an order completion by email.
In the event that we are unable to deliver a product to you, for instance if it is out of stock, we will inform you by email to the email address provided by you.
Price and delivery costs
The price of a product is the price that appears on cbscollection.dk at the time when you complete the purchase of the product. Only the total price ex delivery or shipping costs will appear. All prices quoted are in DKK and including VAT and are ex delivery or shipping costs.
We are able to ship products internationally. Shipping to the according destination needs to be selected upon checkout and shipping fees will be added to the product price before the purchase can be completed. This price includes VAT. Full payment for the products plus full shipping fees for the destination region have to have been received before shipment can be processed. Make sure to select the correct region to ensure quick processing of the shipment.

Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit Card:
VISAcard, MasterCard and MobilePay. Your account will not be debited until you have picked up your product(s). All payments are processed through a payment gateway provided by QuickPay, and your payment card data is encrypted by way of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to prevent any data from falling into the hands of unintended recipients. This is a secure payment solution. We do not register your card details.
Bank transfer:
Please be aware that the bank chosen, will charge you a transaction fee (subject to your local bank). You may contact your local bank for further information about the bank transaction fee for this purchase/s. The bank transfer is to be made to CBS Collection’s bank account (see below). Once we receive the payment we will ship the item/s directly to your home address.

It is possible to pick up your purchase in our CBS Collection shop – for location and opening hours please visit our Facebook Page.
The products purchased by you will be ready for pick-up within 1-5 business days after our order confirmation has been sent to you.

It is possible to have your purchase shipped internationally for an additional charge.

Right to give notice of defect
We endeavour to supply only products that are free from defects. Should you nevertheless receive a defective product, you are entitled to give notice of the defect. In connection with establishing whether the product is defective, the rules concerning defects laid down in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
You are entitled to give notice of the defect for a period of 24 months, but please bear in mind that you must, at all times, send us your notice of defect within reasonable time after your discovering such defect. Your right to give notice will be forfeited if such defect or non-conformity is due to misuse or any other factor for which we are not liable.
Right to Cancel
For purchases made at cbscollection.dk, you are, as a consumer, entitle to cancel your order while it is still being processed. Should you wish to cancel an order, please fill out this Cancellation Form before we dispatch your order.
Right to Return
For purchases made at cbscollection.dk, you are, as a consumer, entitled to return your purchase within 14 days. If you wish to exercise your right to return a purchase of a product, you must unambiguously give notice thereof to CBS Collection ApS no later than 14 days after you have received such product. For the purpose of such notification, please use our Return Form available here.
You must then, together with the return form, return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date when you notified us about the exercise of the right to return.
The postage relating to the return of such product(s) is to be paid by you.
If you wish to exercise your right to return, please note that: 1) the product should be returned securely packaged; 2) the product returned should be accompanied by an invoice or delivery note in respect of the product; and 3) your bank account details should be specified in order for the amount due to you to be refunded to you.
If you exercise your right to return, see above, we will refund the price paid by you for the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date when we received notification about your decision to cancel the contract of sale. Meanwhile, CBS Collection ApS reserves the right to withhold the return payment until we have received the product(s) or documentation that the product(s) has/have been returned – depending on whether we receive the product(s) or the documentation first.
You will, however, be charged for any decrease in value of the product(s) which is due to other handling than necessary to establish the kind, properties and function of such product(s).
Any repayment will be made by the method of payment that you applied when you purchased the product(s) unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any kind of fees due to the repayment.

Personal data
We process all data registered about you in accordance with the personal data rules in force at any time.
As a customer, you are entitled to be informed of the data registered about you and you may object to any registration pursuant to the personal data rules.
No data will be disclosed or sold to any third party. However, CBS Collection ApS will disclose your address to any third party handling the delivery of the purchased items.

Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and the price of any product without prior notice. The terms and conditions and prices applying at any time are available at cbscollection.dk.
Governing law and venue
Your purchase of products from us is in all respects governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, but not the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods), unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory rules.
Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is to be submitted to and be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary Danish courts of law, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory rules.

Complaints procedure
If you wish to make a complaint in connection with your purchase(s), please do so by sending an email to cbscollection@cbsstudents.dk. In the event that a solution cannot be found, a complaint may be filed with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board if the relevant conditions are met.
